General Nadeem Ijaz found key Musharraf agent in all crimes

From October 12, 1999 till his ouster, general Musharraf used many institutions, groups and individuals to launch, run and manage his illegal regime. Many of them were accomplices, partners, and doers who maintained general Musharraf's criminal system. Musharraf is the main culprit, however, he could not have commit all these crimes without these active accomplices, partners and doers.
